Why Super 8 film?
The beauty of 8mm is a warm and fuzzy aesthetic that mimics the warm and fuzzy feeling we get when we think of fond memories. As light enters the camera’s gate, it burns the imagery onto the film, forever cementing your special moments in time.
8mm is a physical film medium, not digital. It will outlive other digital formats. A USB drive can eventually become outdated as technology changes, but with 8mm you can always have your film scanned and digitized again. You will receive your roll of film along with your digitally edited motion picture. It’s a classic aesthetic, and it stands the test of time. There’s ‘no filter’ here. It’s the real deal.
Shot with Care
We use a small team of handpicked, experienced filmmakers to shoot and edit your event. We use all original Super 8mm cameras and Kodak film.
We ask you to send us a list of special songs that we’ll edit the final film to, giving it a personal touch.
